What is the information required to allot shares in my company?

We need the company name and company number so we can conduct a file search. Every other information we need will be acquired during the file search at the Companies Registry. However, if its a new shareholder we would require the name(s) of the shareholder(s), their national identity number and address. If the shareholder is a company we would require the name of the company, the company number and the registered address of the company as shown on the company’s CR 5.

I was very much impressed by how quickly the process went through. All the quiries were solved promptly and with professionalism. Kudzaishe Motsi
