You can change your private business corporation (PBC) into a private limited company (PLC) at any time after registration. ZCR provides a professional service to their private business corporation into a private limited company. This can usually be done within 12 working days, subject to the Companies Registry workload.
We will prepare and file the necessary form at the Companies Registry, and also provide all related documents such as a resolution, minutes and certificate of incorporation.

Will my company number change if I change my PBC into a PLC?
No, your company number will not change.
Will I receive a new certificate of incorporation and company documents?
Yes, you will receive a new certificate of incorporation for a PLC.
Will I receive a Memorandum and Articles of Association after the change?
Yes you will receive a certificate of incorporation. You will also receive a CR 5 (former CR 6) – list of company addresses, CR 6 (former CR 14) – list of company directors and secretary(s).
