Our simple company registration procedure

PLC Packages

1. Choose company structure

Choose a company structure that suit your needs between a Private Limited Company and a Private Business Corporation.

2. Choose package

Choose a package that suits your budget. We have four Private Limited Company Packages, four Private Business Corporation packages and four Non-Resident packages.

3. Enter company details

This stage requires 5 minutes of your time to complete your online company registration application. You will be asked to provide your company’s proposed names, directors, addresses, share holders and the core business activities. 4. Make payment

You can pay for your company package and any additional services through EcoCash, Telecash, One Wallet, Zipit, Bank Transfer, Mukuru, World Remit, Western Union, Money Gram or using credit or debit card. A receipt will be sent to you upon completion of your order, with your order.

What happens next…

We will carry out a FREE pre-submission review of your company application, before we prepare the company documents.

We will notify you of any amendments if they are any and after everything is in place we will prepare the company documents for signing. You can sign the documents at our offices or we can send the documents to your email or we can organise for home delivery.

After signing, we will then lodge the documents with the Companies Registry for final registration. Company registration usually takes between 12-15 working days and might take more depending on the workload at the registry.
