How Long Do The Changes Take

It usually takes around 9-12 working days in total to convert a company from a Private Limited Company to a Private Business Corporation or vice versa. We will send you digital documents to sign within 1-2 working days, by email or you can visit our offices. Once you have signed and sent them back, it will take 1-2 working days for your company conversion to be complete. We will then send you your documents or collect the documents at our offices.

What type of a Company can be converted?

You can convert a Private Limited Company (PLC) into a Private Business Corporation (PBC) or the other way round.

Do I lose the name of my Company?

No, you do not lose the name of your Company. You still get to use the same name.
